Jane realises how stressful moving house can be, and is quite prepared to 'hold your hand' (so to speak) through the whole process. The key she believes is communication, if you have the slightest concern she is at the end of the telephone. Should you not get through to Jane first time, be assured that we always aim to return calls on the same day as they are logged.

We would always advise you to ring around and get other quotes to compare. Cheapest may not be best, sometimes it means the costs have just been separated out differently or there may be further costs not yet disclosed. Equally higher quotes might suggest they include referral fees or sometimes more affluent towns and cities just charge more for the same work. Get personal recommendations and when you ring for quotes try to gauge the level of service you are likely to get in the future. You don't have to get your conveyancing done locally, but local knowledge can be very useful and could save you money.
